Trip: 07-02-05
What an outstanding experience. We had almost forgotten the fun we had had on our first and only offshore fishing trip together (Ten years ago). We'll never forget this most-times hot, sometimes wet but always fun and funny fishing trip. It's amazing how childlike an adult becomes when he/she has a rod in hand and fish on the line. The tandem catch Ruthanne and I made will be the highlight of fishing stories for the rest of our days (We're glad we had witnesses).
And ofcourse a good fishing trip is not possible without good people . What a crazy crew!
Keep the tip up!!

Neat web site. My son and I have been fishing down at Seabrook Park some since the piers we frequent down in Florida got damaged by Ivan last month. We are only about two hours north of Nawlins. I grew up in Baton Rouge and when I was my boys age nobody even thought about fishing in Lake Ponchatrain. My brother still lives in BR and he told us about the fishing down there. By far the healthiest lokking trout anywhere on the Gulf Coast. Maybe see yall down there one day soon.
P.S. I agree with yall on letting the big ones go, they dont eat well, they breed the best and if the officails really knew anything about fish there would be no minimum length for any species of fish only a maximum length. LET THOSE BIG"UNS DO THEIR JOB! Put up a good fight and make more baby fish!!!

Wow, the site came out really great and you put a lot of personality into it.
I'm glad I could help make it happen and that Wesley Fish Tales' visitors will get ongoing enjoyment from it. - Congratulations ---<--<@
