About an hour from our home on the West Bank - Algiers.  The fishing is GREAT here in the winter if you like the thrill of catching BIG FISH and staying on land. (A little strip of it anyway.)

That's Yvette in the distance. It's a good little hike around the rocks and marsh grass.

We also find oysters and clams here!

We catch plenty of drum, sheephead, redfish, occasional flounder, ground mullet and trout.

The jetties provide very good meals for the fish who eat algae barnacles, crabs and oysters from the rocks.
